PARTS & SERVICE ADVISOR

Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

Job Summary We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Parts & Service Advisor to join our team. This role is the main point of contact between our customers, service technicians, and parts department. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with customers, and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with service and parts inquiries
Write service orders and clearly communicate customer concerns to technicians
Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow
Order, receive, and invoice parts accurately
Provide estimates and explain repairs and maintenance needs
Follow up with customers regarding service status and completion
Maintain accurate records in the dealership management system
Ensure a positive customer experience from check-in to delivery

Qualifications

Customer service experience required (automotive or RV experience a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Mechanical or RV knowledge is a plus, but not required
Professional attitude and strong work ethic

RV/COMMERCIAL TECHNICIAN

We’re looking for a skilled technician with expertise in diagnostics and repairs to join our friendly team as an RV/Commercial Technician. Apply now to work on a diverse range of RV’s and motorhomes, bringing your skills to the world of recreational vehicles.

RV/Commercial Technician duties will include:

Diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, or overhaul recreational vehicles;
Service gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components.
RV finishing work including cabinetry and flooring;
Year-round, full time hourly position. 40 hours per week with some overtime available during summer months.
